Some applications of laser-guided discharges in air: from the plasma antenna to the meteorological effectsFrancis Théberge*, Jean-François Daigle*, Jean-François Gravel*, Jean-Claude Kieffer**, François Vidal**, Marc Châteauneuf*

We present some applications of laser filaments guiding electric discharges and their advantages as compared to laser filaments alone. We discuss some aspects like the coupling and emission of radio-frequency signal in the plasma column, the use of laser-guided discharges for neutralizing threatening devices and the study of meteorological phenomena.
